How do I get something I bought?▾
Digital goods are delivered after checkout: use the success page links when present, or open Your orders while signed in to access downloads and receipts. If something is missing, contact Support.
One-time purchase vs subscription?▾
Many items are one-time checkout from the catalog or cart. Recurring access is offered through subscription plans where applicable — see Plans for current options and Stripe-managed billing.
How does checkout work?▾
Checkout is powered by Stripe (cards, wallets where enabled). You will complete payment on Stripe’s hosted flow; we do not store your full card number on our servers.
Returns, refunds, and the 30-day guarantee▾
We aim for a satisfaction-focused experience. If something is not right with your order, reach out through Support with your order details and we will work with you on a fair resolution, including refunds where appropriate under our policies and payment processor rules.
Does purchasing support a mission?▾
